If you are experiencing an issue with one of our adjustable bed bases, please contact us and let us know about the issue at hand. We do not automatically take returns or exchanges for electronic parts.

If we authorize a return or exchange, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

*Please note that we do not take returns or exchanges for adjustable bases.

Customer Refunds

If you are experiencing an issue with one of our adjustable bed bases, please contact us and let us know about the issue at hand. We do not automatically issue refunds.

If we authorize a refund, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the part(s) to our facilities. Once we have received the part(s) we will issue a refund for the price of the part, excluding the price of shipping and handling.
