Troubleshooting
Identify your bed model
Start by checking your Owner’s Manual - the bed model should be listed on the front cover.
If you need help identifying your bed model and don’t have your manual, alternate methods of identification are listed below.
Options to identify your bed model:
Option 1: Identify your
model using the law label
tags on your adjustable base
Option 2: Identify your
model using your remote
You can also use the last three digits of your model ID (the electronics type) to select your base’s troubleshooting guide.
For some models, you may have the electronics type on the back of your remote. (Ex: CF04R5N)
**Please note: many of the remotes look similar, and, depending on your base’s manufacture date, the color may differ from the reference photo below.
