Frequently Asked Questions

Purchases

  • We sell our adjustable bases wholesale and directly to retailers.

  • If you are a consumer looking to purchase one of our adjustable bed bases, please contact us to find your nearest Innova retail location.

  • Please fill out and return this form if you would like to become an Innova retailer.

  • Yes! While different bases are compatible with different accessories, depending on your base we can sell some or all of the following: legs of varying sizes, sync cords, plastic leg connectors, Bluetooth receiver and voice control modules, headboard brackets, and footboard brackets.

    *Please note that we do not sell mattresses, sheets, comforters, pillows, headboards, etc.

 

Warranty

  • In order to register your warranty, we'll need a copy of your dated and itemized purchase receipt and pictures of the front and back of the law label tags that are attached to your bed base.

  • To process a warranty claim, we'll need a copy of your dated and itemized purchase receipt and pictures of the front and back of the law label tags attached to the head of your bed base

  • Warranty details are specific to each base. Please see your owner’s manual to see the length of your specific warranty.

  • You can find the details of your warranty for your adjustable base in your Owner’s Manual.

 

Troubleshooting

  • You can find the model information for your adjustable base in three locations: 1) on the front of your owner’s manual, 2) using the law label tags attached to the head of your adjustable base (please see our Troubleshooting Guides page for more information), or 3) on the back of your remote (please see our Troubleshooting Guides page for more information).

  • If you’re experiencing an issue with your adjustable base, please first refer to the Troubleshooting Guide page for your base. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us.

Returns and refunds

  • If you are experiencing an issue with one of our adjustable bed bases, please contact us and let us know about the issue at hand. We do not automatically take returns or exchanges for base parts.

    If we authorize a return or exchange, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

    *Please note that we do not take returns or exchanges for adjustable bases.

  • If you are experiencing an issue with one of our adjustable bed bases, please contact us and let us know about the issue at hand. We do not automatically issue refunds.

    If we authorize a refund, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the part(s) to our facilities. Once we have received the part(s) we will issue a refund for the price of the part, excluding the price of shipping and handling.
